Gluten free food doesn’t have to mean cakes, cookies, biscuits, cupcakes, muffins, pancakes, waffles etc. To me, it means a whole balanced from-morning-to-evening three course daily diet. Loving my gluten-free life also means having a maximum of two healthy snacks per day to feel energised.
